Wiktor Ossowski

Wiktor Ossowski teaches how to shorten the path to the result: how to create popular men's haircuts within salon time, without sectioning or partings, working with the hair's natural fall.

About the educator

Wiktor Ossowski, known in the industry as Osa, has been in hairdressing since 2022 and works in Chorzów. He says openly that he's not a master of precision or a hairdressing guru, and that what's simple works best for him. He cuts every length, women and men, and instead of extensive sectioning and partings, he cuts on the hair's natural fall and builds the haircut around a single reference point. More important to him than surgical precision are aesthetics and keeping proportions, and he tests every simplification against chair time on a regular day at the salon. He avoids disconnection, because in his experience it grows back poorly and clients don't like it. In his teaching he shares simple frameworks that skip the most technical side of the work, yet still lead to creative haircuts. Since December 2025 he has been a BarberStore brand ambassador.

He explains on the spot why he simplifies. He shows his own shortcuts and says clearly when it's worth reaching for them, and when it's better to go back to more precise work. His premise: if something can be done simpler and faster, there's no reason to complicate it.

What you will learn

  1. 01

A haircut built around one point

You'll learn his way of running a burst fade, where the ear serves as the reference point for the weight line, the line-up, and the whole graduation.

  2. 02

    Working without sectioning or partings

You'll learn to read the crown whorl and the hair's natural fall, so that at short lengths you don't waste time on sections that will blend together anyway.

  3. 03

A heavy fringe on fine hair

You'll find out how to thicken the fringe and keep a straight, square line that doesn't round off as it grows out.

  4. 04

    Flick vs. the top-down technique

You'll understand when the clippers should blend the surface and when they should clean it up, and why in a flick the entering movement is what matters.

  5. 05

    Contrast on light hair

You'll master guiding the clipper guards so the fade stays visible on blonde, instead of disappearing the way it does with dark color.
