Watch a video from one of the most energetic stops on the STMNT & Friends project—a series of meetings where experience meets passion and mutual development.

As part of the project , Kamil Cesarski, ambassador of STMNT Poland, travels around the country inviting the best barbers and educators to collaborate. Together, they create a space where knowledge and practice take on new meaning.

This time, the Connected Hair camera accompanied the team to Barberhood Rzeszów, where a unique Look & Learn event was held in the spirit of modern barbering —full of precision, style, and inspiring conversations about the craft.

The following performers appeared on stage:

• Kamil Cesarski – educator and ambassador for STMNT Poland
• Andrzej Janusz (Necessary) – a barber with a distinctive style and energy
• Hubert Mika (mika.metro) – master of precision and detail
• Paweł (Rup.OG) – specialist in classical and modern forms

Each artist presented their own take on barbering, showing the process of creating hairstyles step by step—from construction and sectioning to details and finishing. The event was attended by over 70 barbers from the Rzeszów region, who actively participated in the show, asked questions, and absorbed knowledge.

This is the idea behind STMNT & Friends – education without borders, a community of professionals, and the energy that drives the development of the entire industry.
