1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Connected Hair website available at connectedhair.com and the terms and conditions for providing online educational services within the Connected Hair platform. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. DEFINITIONS
- Connected Hair – an online educational platform run by Connected Hair, providing hairdressing courses.
- User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality using Connected Hair services.
- Akademia BASIC – dostęp do wybranych materiałów edukacyjnych w ramach płatnej subskrypcji w cenie określonej na stronie connectedhair.com/dolacz-do-nas
- PRO Academy – full access to all courses, educators, and platform features as part of a paid subscription.
- User Account – a set of data and settings associated with a given User in the Connected Hair system.
3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
3.1. To use the full functionality of the website, you must create a User Account by registering.
3.2. During the registration process, the User is required to provide accurate information and protect their login details from access by third parties.
3.3. The User bears full responsibility for actions performed using their User Account.
4. SUBSCRIPTION MODELS AND ACCESS TO CONTENT
4.1. Connected Hair offers two models of access to the educational platform:
a) Akademia BASIC – dostęp do wybranych materiałów edukacyjnych w cenie 59 zł miesięcznie.
b) Akademia PRO – pełny dostęp do wszystkich kursów, edukatorów i funkcji platformy w cenie 299 zł miesięcznie. Dostępna jest również opcja płatności z góry za rok w cenie 1788 zł (149 zł miesięcznie).
4.2. Opłata za kolejny okres rozliczeniowy pobierana jest automatycznie z wybranej przez Użytkownika metody płatności.
4.3. You can manage your subscription, including canceling it, changing your plan, or updating your payment details, through the user panel available at https://connectedhair.com/moje-konto/.
4.4. We use the Surecart system integrated with Stripe to process payments. Your payment details are processed directly by these entities in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.
4.5. Opłaty za rozpoczęty okres rozliczeniowy nie podlegają zwrotowi.
5. DIGITAL CONTENT AND THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. In the case of purchasing a subscription enabling access to digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, the user is informed that, pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance of the service began with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the entrepreneur informed the consumer about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
5.2. By placing an order and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user:
- agrees to the commencement of service provision before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period
- acknowledges that, in connection with the above consent, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract after the service has commenced.
5.3. The provision of the service begins when the digital content is made available to the user on the platform, which occurs immediately after payment has been made and the user account registration has been confirmed.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1. All content, educational materials, video courses, graphics, trademarks, and other elements available on the platform are the property of Connected Hair or its partners and are protected by copyright.
6.2. The user may use the educational materials solely for their own use, for educational purposes. It is prohibited to:
- copying, distributing, and making content available to third parties
- public playback of video materials
- use of materials for commercial purposes
- recording, downloading, or otherwise preserving content without the written consent of Connected Hair
6.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal liability and blocking of access to the service.
7. RESPONSIBLE USE OF THE PLATFORM
7.1. The User undertakes to use the Connected Hair platform in a manner consistent with the law, good manners, and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- sharing your account with third parties
- attempting to circumvent the platform's technical security measures
- providing illegal content
- acting in a manner that disrupts the functioning of the platform
7.3. Connected Hair reserves the right to block access to the account of any user who violates the terms and conditions.
8. EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. Connected Hair is not responsible for the content posted on these websites or for the privacy policies applied by their operators.
9. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE PROVISION
9.1. Connected Hair may temporarily suspend access to the service in order to perform maintenance or updates.
9.2. Connected Hair reserves the right to discontinue the service after notifying users in advance, ensuring that they have access to paid content for an appropriate transition period.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1. Connected Hair makes every effort to ensure the highest quality of services provided, but does not guarantee that:
- the service will be available continuously and free from errors
- the educational materials will meet all user expectations
10.2. Connected Hair shall not be liable for:
- interruptions in access to the service resulting from technical reasons beyond Connected Hair's control
- damage incurred by the user as a result of improper use of the service
- the effects of applying the knowledge acquired during the courses in the user's professional practice
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
11.1. Connected Hair is the administrator of users' personal data.
11.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services, handling payments, and communicating with the user.
11.3. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Connected Hair website.
12. COMPLAINTS
12.1. The user has the right to submit complaints regarding the operation of the platform and the quality of services.
12.2. Complaints should be sent to the email address provided in the "Contact" section.
12.3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of receipt.
13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
13.1. Connected Hair reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
13.2. Users will be informed of any planned changes to the Terms and Conditions via email or through a message on the platform.
13.3. Changes come into effect 14 days after the date of their announcement. Use of the platform after the changes have been introduced constitutes acceptance of those changes.
14. FINAL PROVISIONS
14.1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
14.2. Any disputes arising from the use of Connected Hair services shall be settled by the court competent for the registered office of Connected Hair.
14.3. The Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Connected Hair platform.
