About the educator
Dalibor Hajdin is a hairdresser of Slovak origin with Balkan roots, living and working in the Czech Republic, where he runs his own salon together with a colleague. Alongside cutting clients, he trains other hairdressers, and he calls the consultation the most important part of his work, where he first asks the client what they don't want instead of what they want. He values long-term relationships with his clients, some of whom come to see him regularly every week, and away from the salon he unwinds with motorcycles and combat sports.
His trainings are methodical, step-by-step sectioning, explaining the logic behind every cutting angle (graduation, point cut), with a strong focus on consultation and reading the client.
What you will learn

Horseshoe sectioning and T-parting
You'll learn to part the head into a horseshoe section with one stroke and build a T-parting that controls the shape of the crown.

Graduation with scissors at a 90 degree angle
You'll master diagonal cutting at the width of the comb, which reduces hair weight and builds graduation instead of random layers.

Point cut as a texturing tool
You'll understand how point cut at a 45 degree angle and changing the cutting direction on the second side of the head build texture inspired by the warrior cut.

Clipper taper and the Guard Fade Reverse technique
You'll learn to combine the number 2, 1.5 and 1 guards with the GFR technique to get a soft transition with no hard shadow line.

Consultation and the finishing ritual
You'll see how to run a consultation by asking the client what they don't want, and how to finish the service with a massage and product choice.
