Connected Hair Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By joining the Connected Hair affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Registration
To register, complete and submit the application form. Acceptance is discretionary.
3. Commissions
You earn a 10% commission on every sale generated through your referral link. Commissions are paid monthly, once the minimum payout threshold of PLN 100 has been reached.
4. Promotional Materials
Use only approved promotional materials provided by Connected Hair. Any modifications require prior approval.
5. Prohibited Activities
- No spam or unwanted messages.
- Prohibition of misleading or false information about Connected Hair.
- Prohibition of bidding on reserved keywords in PPC campaigns, i.e., the brand names Connected Hair and Connecter Hair Academy.
6. Termination of Agreement
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for violating these terms or for any activity deemed harmful to the reputation of Connected Hair.
7. Liability
Connected Hair shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program.
8. Changes
Connected Hair reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any significant changes.
9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Polish courts.
